Lead yourself. Lead your family. Live with a clear purpose.

Fathers of Greatness is a Christian men’s ministry founded by Joseph Dalton for fathers who are intentional about becoming the best men, husbands, and fathers that God has called them to be—for themselves, their families, and the generations that follow. This ministry is NOT just for Dads! But for ALL MEN that want to grow.

Established in 2023 as a podcast, Fathers of Greatness has evolved into a men’s ministry with a mission to equip and challenge men to lead themselves first, so they can lead their families to greatness.

At the heart of Fathers of Greatness is a commitment to intentionality, discipline, excellence, and biblical truth. We believe great fathers don’t become great by accident. They make a decision to live with purpose, establish high standards, remain disciplined and committed, and refuse to surrender to distraction, unhealthy habits, temptation, or a life of mediocrity.

Through biblical resources, practical challenges, meaningful relationships, and shared experiences, Fathers of Greatness is building a brotherhood of men who are committed to growth and accountability—men who want to become stronger in their faith, lead themselves with integrity, and ultimately lead their families to greatness.
